Discord infrastructure
I build complete Discord setups around how a community actually works: structure, roles, permissions, moderation, onboarding, tickets and custom staff tools.

DISCORD · SOFTWARE · AUTOMATION
I build Discord setups, custom bots and internal tools. Most of my work is about replacing repetitive admin and bringing scattered tools together.
Here’s what each project needed, what I built and what changed.
Trading Patiently was using more than ten Discord bots. I replaced them with one custom bot for onboarding, moderation, support tickets and partner promotions.
I built an internal web app for Nach-Tech, a Belgian company that provides on-site service for industrial and packaging machinery. Workers log hours and travel, while managers review payments, create invoices and store service reports in one place.

JAM Group is a Belgian fibre and telecom contractor that works on Proximus projects. I automated the checks, calculations and PO preparation that had previously been handled by more than five people.
A look at what I’m working on now.
From Discord bots and server setups to internal apps and business automation.
I build complete Discord setups around how a community actually works: structure, roles, permissions, moderation, onboarding, tickets and custom staff tools.
I build each bot for the server it belongs to. That can mean replacing several off-the-shelf bots, connecting outside services or automating work the staff currently does by hand.
I build internal tools for logging hours, tracking payments, creating invoices and service reports, and keeping day-to-day admin in one place.
I can build the interface and backend, connect outside services and get the finished tool running.
How I work
Before I build anything, I look at who uses it, what they do now and where time or information gets lost.
If a screen, channel, tool or automation does not make the work easier or clearer, it doesn’t need to be there.
Teams should be able to make everyday changes without needing a developer each time.
The work ranges from Discord tools and an internal web app to purchase-order automation.
Trading Patiently × Sir Pickle
Replaced 10+ Discord bots with one custom bot that now handles onboarding, moderation, tickets and partner promotions. Across all of my tools, the total audience is 30,000+ people.

Automated data checks, calculations and PO preparation for JAM Group, a Belgian fibre and telecom contractor that works on Proximus projects. The client has reported no processing errors since launch.

I build software for communities and businesses. That includes Discord servers and bots, internal web apps and automation.
So far, I’ve built a custom Discord setup for a 3,500+ member trading community, an operations and invoicing app for Nach-Tech, and a system that turns field data into purchase orders for JAM Group. Together, my tools are used by more than 30,000 people.
I enjoy the part before the code too: figuring out how people work now, where things go wrong and what can be removed or automated.
I don’t start Discord projects with a fixed feature list. The examples here were made for one community; another server may need something completely different.
